My purpose gears around uncovering possibilities for leadership and human growth. It took me on a path of coaching and leadership maturity. As a certified coach and leadership expert with over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, I inspire and invite individuals, relationships, and team to explore what’s possible and take intentional action. My work has taken me across cultures, industries, and changes, giving me the insights to connect with diverse perspectives and foster meaningful transformation.
I specialize in leadership, team, and relationship coaching. My approach is grounded in deep curiosity and a fundamental belief in the transformative power of human connections—through our stories, challenges, and possibilities. With warmth and truthfulness, I help individuals and teams create more awareness that informs their next steps to more fulfilment and better results.

I believe in human potential and human connections.I believe in human leadership. This firm belief is what guided me through different experiences and helped me stay true to my purpose of bringing more of humanity to life in me and others for a better now and a better future.
It took me to the area of marketing and communications, customer experience and content, coaching, leadership, group fitness, sustainability, languages, and decades of volunteering. These seemingly very different areas are based on the guiding principle of human growth. Human growth as a path to fulfillment, a path to solving today’s challenges and stepping into opportunities, as a path to a more conscious way of living.
I coach and inspire people to further step into their human potential. This looks different for different people at different times. Coaching can help identify it, explore it, and make the right choices at every step of the way.
