Work with Irina

My work is focused on human growth. I coach, mentor, facilitate, lead and speak with depth, lightness, and a firm belief in possibilities for each of us individually, and all of us collectively. My life experiences have inspired and informed my approach, and yet in all my services the focus is 100% on my clients and their growth.

I believe that we are in the process of becoming more of ourselves as individuals and in our relationships. This is what I enable with more work by holding space with truthful and courageous presence, by sharing perspectives, and inviting next steps. A large portion of my work has been in large organizations and an international setting and I’m open to supporting the growth of people across industries and organizations.

My coaching approach is collaborative and goal oriented. It supports your exploration of topics that matter to you most. It opens doors to more beneficial impact, fulfillment, intentional decision-making and inspired action. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to enable more self-awareness and growth.

Leadership

Leadership is an engine of making a difference. It’s how we lead our life and how we have a beneficial impact in the world – individually and collectively. My leadership work galvanizes our innate leadership capabilities through exploration, experiential activities, focused on intention and impact.

Mentoring

Mentoring offers input, knowledge sharing and advice based on extensive experience in specific areas. My mentoring is for anyone who wants to grow their professional development, improve their communication, and for coaches interested in expanding their growth.

Facilitation

Holding and co-creating space for new insights and connections to emerge – this is how I offer facilitation. I believe in the power of presence and connection to truth that always shows up when I hold space with trust, empathy, and openness to what is and what’s next.

Speaking

I speak from the heart about topics that truly matter to me and the future of the world. Leadership, transformation and communication are some of them. I draw on my 20+ years of experience across sectors and continents to connect dots of how we, human beings, can connect and grow to make our lives and our world better.
