My coaching approach is collaborative and goal oriented. It supports your exploration of topics that matter to you most. It opens doors to more beneficial impact, fulfillment, intentional decision-making and inspired action. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to enable more self-awareness and growth.
Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented practice that empowers individuals, relationships, and groups into seeing more, making intentional decisions and taking inspired action. I discovered it as a client more than 10 years ago when I took a leap of faith into exploring a challenge with the support of a coach. Not only did coaching help me get to the root of my “issue”, but it also opened a door of possibilities. Possibilities to get to know myself more, to re-connect with my values, and to take actions based on my aspirations. I was astonished at how effectively I could approach something that had felt overwhelmingly difficult before. And it was me who did it, it was me who found the answers and made decisions, with the supportive presence of a coach. I became curious about what made this practice so impactful, and my curiosity and purpose led me to becoming one of the world’s leading certified coaches for individuals, relationships, and teams.
I received my professional coach training with the acclaimed Co-Active Training Institute following by many certifications in individual, leadership, relationships and team coaching.
More than anything else, coaching is an expression of my purpose and deep belief in human potential for more fulfilment and impact. I truly believe that every human being has the right to become more of who they are and experience meaning and fulfilment. Coaching can be a door-opener to more possibilities of being and doing that.

Individual coaching
Individual coaching is a one-on-one coaching relationship. I work directly with a client to help them gain more clarity about a topic that’s top-of-mind for them. I listen, ask questions, and hold space to help the client better understand, process, make decisions, and create a plan for growth in this area. This personalized approach allows the client to focus on their unique needs, strengths, and aspirations, leading to deeper self-awareness and meaningful progress.
Relationship coaching
We are always in a relationship – with ourselves and with other people. The quality of our relationships largely defines the quality of our lives. My experiences with relationships as an area of challenge and the awareness of the impact of relationships have led me to a path of becoming a relationship coach. The Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) approach felt most resonant. It offers a revolutionary coaching methodology that centers around relationships. Instead of focusing on the individuals, it looks at the relationship.
A relationship system can be any group of people who are interdependent on each other. There is always something that ties a system together: maybe a goal, a purpose, a need, or an identity.
Examples of relationship systems include, but are not limited to:
- Peers
- Work colleagues
- A team
- A romantic couple
- A family unit
- The wider community
As we are always in relationship with others, being able to shift the focus from the individuals to the system allows us to access and utilize the team and the organization’s collective intelligence.
I support people in harnessing the potential in all partnerships – at work and in life in general.
Team coaching
Team coaching is a process where a team coach works with a group of people to enhance their collective awareness, communication, and collaboration. Topics for team coaching can include identifying common goals, clarifying roles, improving their ability to work together effectively, and stepping into a healthy conflict. Through goal-oriented and spacious explorations and activities, team coaching fosters trust, accountability, and alignment within the group.
The benefits of team coaching are numerous. Outcomes can include stronger relationships, resolving conflicts, and developing a shared vision. By improving communication and understanding, team members can work more efficiently and make better decisions. Additionally, team coaching encourages a culture of collaboration, where everyone’s strengths are leveraged, and diverse perspectives are valued. Team coaching helps create high-performing teams that are more adaptable, motivated, and successful in achieving their goals.
I’m Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) trained and certified, and also hold an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching by the International Coaching Federation.
In my team coaching practice, I focus on holding space for the team as an entity and supporting them on the way to more awareness, alignment, and impact.
I have more than 150 team coaching hours and have experienced incredible results for the corporate teams I have coached in terms of closer alignment and team outcomes.
